Thank you for taking the time to dive into our policies! These guidelines aren't just rules on a page - they're our recipe for ensuring every client and customer has a phenomenal experience, while also keeping our technicians happy and at their best.


A minimum of 24-hour notice is required to cancel or change an existing appointment. No-shows and/or late cancellations will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Adhering to this policy helps us manage our schedule effectively, accommodate clients waiting for appointments, and ensures our hardworking team are fairly compensated for their time. Last-minute changes and cancellations disrupt our schedule and impact our technicians by leaving unfilled time in our books.



We respect your time and always strive to begin and end appointments as scheduled.

Life happens...if you’re running behind we will do everything we can to accommodate. Please understand we may need to modify or reschedule your appointment to maintain the quality of service you know and love.

 Got a tight schedule? No problem! Just give us the heads up when booking your appointment. If anything unexpected pops up on our end, we'll be sure to let you know as soon as possible. We're all in this together!


Cell Phones

We love that you're a master of multitasking! But while you're here, why not take a breather? Please refrain from talking on the phone during your appointment. Immerse yourself fully in the moment. Trust us, you're worth this 'you-time'. Plus, it's a great way to let other clients savor their relaxation without any disruption. We appreciate your understanding - it's all about fairness, after all!

We all have our preferences, and we totally get it! Our mission is to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease during your service while catching up on all the things with your tech. However, we do kindly ask for your understanding and flexibility as occasionally we might need to shift your appointment (we promise it's always for a valid reason!).

t happens to all of us! We’re happy to fix any smudges that may occur after you leave the salon. Just give us a heads up so we can block out a little time, we’ll get your nails looking good as new.

 We stand by our products and services, if your nails chip prematurely, even with reasonable wear and tare and after care, we want to know about it and are happy to fix them for you.
